①The flange plate connecting bolts are loose;

(3) Troubleshooting and troubleshooting of loose universal joints

① Lightly tap the connection of each universal joint flange plate with a hammer to check its tightness. If it is too loose, the fault is caused by loose connecting bolts, otherwise continue to check.

② Hold the main and driven parts of the universal joint with both hands to rotate, and check the swimming angle. If the swimming angle is too large, the failure will be caused.
